Behind plaene-scannen.ch stands murmy GmbH – a Swiss company that has specialised in one thing: turning paper into usable digital files. Not a sideline, not an add-on service, but our core business, every single day.

Why a pure mail-in service?

We have consistently built our workflow around the postal route – out of conviction. A mail-in service means for you: no journey, no appointment, no regional restriction. Whether your plans are stored in Geneva, Chur or Lugano makes no difference; the distance costs you a trip to the post office. And for us it means: we can put all our energy into the quality of the digitisation instead of into shop opening hours.

Quality is created in the process

Professional digitisation is more than a good scanner. Our process comprises the documented goods-in inspection of every consignment, careful preparation of the originals, scanning on professional large-format and document scanners, and a quality check in which every file is examined for completeness, legibility, orientation and correct naming. Only then do you receive the download link – and your originals the return journey.

Confidentiality as a basic principle

Building plans reveal security concepts, files contain personal data. We treat every order the way we would wish our own documents to be treated: access only for the team involved, secured rooms, defined deletion periods for scan data and, on request, a written confidentiality agreement before work begins.
