How the price is made up
Three factors are decisive: the format (larger plans cost more per unit than small ones), thequantity (from 50 plans or 10 folders onwards the unit price drops automatically) and the chosenoptions such as colour scanning or file naming according to your list. On top of that comes a fixed flat rate for the insured return of your originals. For small assignments under CHF 100.00a small-quantity surcharge of CHF 30.00 applies, which the calculator shows transparently.
Quantity discounts: the more, the cheaper per unit
We digitise large holdings more efficiently – and pass that on. For plans, discount tiers apply from 50, 200 and 500 units, for folders from 10 and 50 units, and for loose pages from 5,000 and 20,000 pages. The calculator shows you the active tier while you change the quantity – so you see straight away whether a bundled submission is worthwhile.
Shipping and payment
You handle the outward journey to us by post or courier; the insured return shipping is included in the price as a flat rate. Payment is made after delivery by invoice with a 30-day payment term – without prepayment, without credit card. For public administrations we issue invoices with reference numbers according to your specifications on request.

What does scanning plans and documents cost?
The price depends on the format, quantity and chosen options such as colour or file naming. With our price calculator you receive a specific guide price in less than a minute – no enquiry, no waiting. From 50 plans or 10 folders, volume discounts apply automatically.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. For plans the unit price drops from 50, 200 and 500 items, for folders from 10 and 50 items, and for loose sheets from 5'000 and 20'000 pages. The calculator shows you the active discount tier directly as you adjust the quantity.
How do I pay?
Conveniently by invoice with a 30-day payment term – you only pay once you have received your digital files. Advance payment or credit card payment is not required.
Is the calculated price binding?
The calculator provides a guide price based on your details. Once your originals arrive, we check the quantity and condition and confirm the definitive price before we begin scanning. If anything differs significantly, we consult you beforehand.
Is there a small-quantity surcharge?
For small orders under CHF 100 a moderate small-quantity surcharge applies, covering the fixed costs per order such as registration, quality control and packaging. From CHF 100 it no longer applies. The calculator shows it automatically as soon as it applies – there are no hidden surcharges.
