The protection of your data matters to us – not only with regard to the documents you physically entrust to us, but also with regard to the data generated when you visit this website and place orders. In accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP), this policy informs you about which personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

2. Which data we process

Order and contact data: When you use the order or contact form, we process the data you provide (name, company, address, email, telephone, order details, message). We require this data to process your order or to answer your enquiry; it is transmitted by email to our order mailbox and is not stored in a website database.

Contents of your documents: When digitising, we inevitably become aware of the contents of the documents submitted. These contents are processed solely to fulfil the order. We retain the resulting scan data for30 days after delivery as a backup and then delete it irrevocably from all systems.

Server log data: When you visit the website, technical log data is generated at the hosting provider (IP address, date, page accessed, browser type). This serves security and error analysis and is deleted after a short period.

3. Cookies and web analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies and no tracking with personal identification. Where we use web analytics, we employ a cookieless method with anonymised access figures that does not create user profiles.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We only disclose personal data insofar as this is necessary for order processing (e.g. postal companies for the return dispatch, hosting and email providers as technical service providers) or where we are legally obliged to do so. No disclosure for advertising purposes takes place. Our technical service providers with a registered office or data storage in Switzerland or the EU are contractually bound to confidentiality.

5. Data security

The website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); form data is also transmitted in encrypted form. Physical documents are stored in access-secured rooms, digital order data on access-restricted systems.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you, as well as to its correction or deletion, provided no statutory retention obligation prevents this. 7. Changes

We may amend this privacy policy as required; the version published on this page at any given time shall apply.
